After extensive discussions within the board of directors of the International Geothermal Association, Mr Sylvain Broglé has stepped down as both President and Director with immediate effect.

The Board has appointed Ms Andy Blair as interim President to provide continuity while the Board follows protocol to elect a new President. Ms Blair is the immediate past President of the Board and has in her capacity no voting rights.

The Board will elect the new President and Officers on 27th June and will announce the results shortly afterwards.
